Rooted in Comfort, Guided by the Earth: My Journey Behind House of Abeena

Some stories begin with big dreams.
Mine began with discomfort.

As a child, I was extremely sensitive to what I wore. Synthetic fabrics irritated my skin, made me restless, and never felt right. I clearly remember complaining to my mother, “I don’t want this. It’s itchy. I want something lighter and more comfortable.” Even then, my body knew what it needed — breathable, natural fabrics.

Cotton became my comfort. Linen felt like home.

🌿 Growing Up With a Love for Natural Fabrics

Long before I understood sustainability as a concept, I felt it. I loved how cotton moved with the body, how it breathed, how it didn’t cling or suffocate the skin. My fashion sense grew alongside this love — rooted in comfort, simplicity, and ease.

Like many of us, there was a phase where I drifted away. Fashion trends, fast fashion, synthetic fabrics — I fell into it too. That happens when you’re young and not fully conscious of your choices.

But maturity brings clarity.

And once I returned to cotton, there was no going back. Today, cotton and linen aren’t just fabrics I wear — they are fabrics I believe in.

🌍 Why I Strongly Believe in Sustainable Fashion

I am a Nature lover. Pollution bothers me deeply — and fashion is one of the industries that contributes heavily to it. Polyester and synthetic fabrics not only feel harsh on the skin, but they are also harmful to the planet.

They trap heat.
They irritate sensitive skin.
They are plastic — and plastic does not belong on our bodies.

House of Abeena was born from this belief: fashion should never harm your skin or the earth.

👗 Fashion Was Always My Mother’s Dream

My journey into fashion is deeply personal — because it began with my mother.

She always loved recreating outfits, visualising designs, and expressing herself through clothing. Fashion was her dream. Somewhere along the way, that dream quietly became mine.

House of Abeena is not just my brand — it’s a continuation of her creativity and passion, shaped through my perspective and values.

From Electronics Engineer to Creator to Founder

My professional journey has been anything but linear.

I’ve been an engineer, a content creator, a business analyst, and a fashion, travel, and lifestyle influencer. Each phase taught me something valuable — structure, storytelling, analytics, creativity, and human connection.

Fashion became the space where everything came together.
Creativity met data. Emotion met logic. Passion met purpose.

House of Abeena was born from this evolution — not overnight, but over years of learning, unlearning, and choosing consciously.

What House of Abeena Truly Stands For

House of Abeena is not about fast trends or mass production.
It’s about comfort, conscience, and craft.

Every piece is designed with:

  • Breathable, skin-friendly fabrics
  • A deep respect for the planet
  • A belief that fashion should feel good — physically and emotionally

This brand exists for women who value ease over excess, quality over quantity, and intention over impulse.

This Is More Than a Brand — It’s a Way of Life

House of Abeena is an extension of who I am — an eco conscious woman who believes clothing should never harm your skin or the planet.

If you’ve ever chosen comfort over trends, cotton over synthetics, or simplicity over noise — you’re already a part of this story.

Welcome to House of Abeena 🤍
